The Mekong School Digital Library (MSDL) was developed in cooperation with the United States Agency for International Development and Australia, through the Mekong Safeguards Program in 2023, implemented by The Asia Foundation. The MSDL aims to serve as a resource for learning and research on various issues related to the Mekong River for youth, students, researchers, and those interested. It can be easily accessed from anywhere in the world through its website and mobile application.
